i stayed in a very good sized room with excellent facilities and enjoyed the delicious food. the hotel's security was thorough and i felt safe at all times. the staff was helpful with an early check-in and a room change. i found the location great for visiting the nearby egyptian museum.
the street noise was noticeable at times but it was not a major issue.

the gym offered essential equipment for daily needs during my travels. the pool was a good size for a refreshing dip and the lobby had an opulent design. security measures were present upon entering the site and building.

the superior city view room was spacious and comfortable with comfortable beds. it included free water tea and coffee. the bathroom was clean with a shower and i had everything i needed for a comfortable stay.

the breakfast buffet had a wide variety of choices including salads cheeses sausages omelets eggs porridge and fruits. the staff provided attentive and helpful assistance throughout my stay. the housekeeping was great; they responded quickly to all requests.

the location was amazing, being right next to the egyptian museum was really convenient.
I was really frustrated with the noise. Constant honking from the street kept me awake at night. soundproofing clearly needs improvement. It made getting a good night's sleep nearly impossible. also, the small pool closed way too early, especially for people on vacation wanting to relax after a long day.

the cleaning lady was always happy and available to clean or provide top ups.
I was disappointed that our room looked over old, dirty buildings. The constant traffic noise meant the sound proofed windows were not effective. the hallway carpet was stained and looked dirty.
